In addition, we will work to help you develop your overall design theme creating a unique and memorable event.

DO YOU WORK WITH DESTINATION CLIENTS?

The best way to communicate with us is through email. All emails are responded to within 24-48 hours. If there is an urgent matter please call or text our business line at 704-951-5408. If you call and reach our voicemail, please follow up with an email so we can store all questions in your personal file. Impromptu virtual meetings can usually be scheduled within 8-12 hours from your initial request.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS?

I am certified as a wedding planner by the Bridal Society. The certification process included training and education about most aspects of wedding planning including finding the right venue, selecting vendors, reviewing vendor contracts and budget management. I worked as a Project/Program Manager for major corporations for over 15 years before becoming a wedding and event planner. I have managed event and project budgets from $50,000 to $2 million.

ARE YOU A CERTIFIED WEDDING PLANNER?

A coordinator typically works with clients for a short period, 90 days, before the event. They confirm logistics previously arranged by the client and create a day-of timeline. A planner manages and oversees all the logistics of your wedding or event. A planner will select and meet with the vendors that fit with your vision. We coordinate hotel rooms, transportation and manage your budget. Events by Evelyn handles all the details, including design and styling, so that you can enjoy your beautiful, stress-free wedding or event.
